The best way to learn new things is through experience.
When it comes to learning new things, most people will turn to listening to lectures, investing in reading material, or taking a class.
In my experience, the best way to learn a new skill comes from hands-on exposure, trial, and error, and playing an active - not passive - role.

As a manager, I believe that my main goal is to expose my team to different perspectives across independent disciplines and push them to experiment with diverse design solutions, in order to deliver the best possible outcome.
As an art director, I lead my team, ensuring they are all aligned with the vision, and let the brief constraints direct us to the right solution.

Design solutions for big data
I have worked at TipRanks from its conception 7 years ago, starting as a lead UX designer for the early-stage startup and working myself up to the Head of the UX and Product team 2 years ago.
My department is responsible for developing and designing new features, building new products, delivering marketing materials, and creating mockups for our B2B clients.
While TipRanks deals with big financial data, the challenge is offering different solutions for a variety of different types of data and simplifying it into easy-to-read infographics.

Intake is an informative design summit that takes place in Berlin, addressing artists, designers, and entrepreneurs.
This project played the role of my hands-on learning experience with Adobe XD, which allows advanced motion behavior and prototyping, enabling users to easily create prototypes with immersive animations.

Smart apps for kids
Prior to joining TipRanks I co-founded IQURIO, a series of smart educational apps for kids alongside Matan Vered (Product Manager) and Uri Katz (IOS Developer).
We strongly believe that learning can and should be fun! With that in mind, we created applications that capture your child’s imagination and start them learning from an early age in a colorful and interactive world.
Our vision is to create a space where children can combine learning with interactive fun.
IQURIO - Smart Apps For Kids
App Review
ABC Theater: The Alphabet Song is an app for young children to hear, see and trace the letters of the alphabet. In the “Learn Song” activity, children see a letter, hear the name, trace the letter, and watch a picture of a word that begins with the letter come to life on screen.
